skyVac Limited Terms and Conditions of Sale:
These conditions apply to the purchase of all products from Spinaclean Limited through this website skyvac.com, by the telephone or in person at its premises. By placing an order, the customers agree to be bound by them.

+10.1 skyVac shall not be in breach of the Contract nor liable for any delay in performing or a failure to perform any of its obligations under the Contract to the extent that such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control (in each case a Force Majeure Event). In such circumstances, skyVac shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time for performing such obligations. If the period of delay or non-performance continues for a continuous period of four weeks, either party may terminate the Contract with immediate effect by giving written notice to the other party.

+These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the skyVac Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered by skyVac. By enrolling in or using the program, you agree to these terms.
- Eligibility
- The program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older with a registered customer account on skyVac.com
- Employees of skyVac or affiliated companies may be excluded at our discretion.
- Earning Points
- Points are earned on eligible purchases made through skyVac.com
- Customers will earn 1 point for every £5 spent, including VAT
- Points are credited after the order is confirmed and payment is received
- Bonus point promotions may be offered from time to time (e.g. sign-up bonus, product reviews, one-time offer points)
Exclusions:
Points are not eligible on:
- Cancelled or refunded orders
- Gift card purchases.
- Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed on future purchases at checkout
- 10 points = £1.00
- Minimum redemption threshold: £5.00 worth of points
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.
- Point expiry
- We have the right to expire points at any given time
- Where possible, you will be notified by email before points expire.
- Account management
- Your point balance is visible in your account dashboard
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure account and contact details are up to date.
- Program Changes & Termination
- skyVac reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without notice
- Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
- Fraud, Misuse & Abuse
- skyVac may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the program (e.g, fraudulent purchases, point manipulation)
- Points earned through abuse or error may be removed without notice.
- Limitation of Liability
- skyVac is not liable for any loss of points or damages arising from changes to / or termination of the program
- Participation is at your own risk, and points hold no cash value.
- Privacy
- Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy
- By participating in the program, you consent to receive emails about your points and relevant offers.
14. CLICK AND COLLECT

- Service available at our skyVac HQ only – does not include dealer locations
- Items subject to stock availability
- Not applicable with the following: skyTower, Biocide, Gum Ranger range, 5kVa Generator
- Ordering Process
- Orders must be placed through the phone only
- Collection Timeframe
- Standard collection window (9 am-2:30 pm)
- No same-day collection after 2:30 pm
- Allow up to 2 hours for collection
- Maximum period order will be held (4 days) before cancellation
- Late collection may result in cancellation and refund.
- Identification & Verification
- Customer must present order confirmation email and valid photo ID upon collection
- Payment Terms
- Payment will be taken online at checkout
- We do not offer pay on collection alternative
- Refunds will be processed according to your standard refund policy.
- Liability & Responsibility
- The company is not liable for delays outside of its control (e.g., supplier delays, system outages)
- Once collected, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
- Changes to Service
- skyVac reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Click & Collect service at any time.
- Collection Hours & Holiday Closures
- Orders can only be collected during the store’s normal opening hours
- The Click & Collect service is not available on bank holidays or during our Christmas closure period
- Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
- Service available Mon-Fri, 9 am-2:30 pm
