skyVac® S-Guard 50mm Vac Release Pole.
Introducing the skyVac 50mm S-Guard Vac-Release Pole. Developed as part of our ongoing commitment to operator safety, it combines enhanced electrical protection with our bestselling patented Vac-Release mechanism, delivering greater suction control without compromising the lightweight handling professionals expect from skyVac.
Available as an individual pole or recommended two-pole bundles, S-Guard Poles are manufactured from high-specification glass fibre and independently tested to 50,000 volts for 3 minutes to recognised transmission-line standards. Easily identified by their distinctive blue colour, S-Guard poles help provide enhanced electrical protection where overhead power cables may be present. Positioned at the base of the pole system, they deliver that protection without compromising the lightweight handling, strength and durability professionals expect from skyVac.
Overhead power cables present a significant hazard for professional gutter cleaning. The S-Guard Vac-Release Pole is designed to help reduce the risk of electrical current passing down the pole to the operator in the event of accidental contact or electrical arcing.
Alongside this enhanced protection, the patented Vac-Release mechanism allows operators to manage suction more effectively during gutter cleaning, helping to maintain control while working. With only a minimal increase in weight, the pole retains the responsive handling needed for demanding professional applications.
Rigorous load testing has also confirmed that the enhanced electrical protection has not come at the expense of pole strength. Combined with the patented Vac-Release mechanism, the S-Guard Vac-Release Pole delivers greater suction control and the dependable performance professionals rely on every day.
Enhanced Protection Without Compromise.
Always assess electrical risks and follow the relevant safety procedures before starting work. Please refer to the customer RAMS documentation available on our website before undertaking any work near overhead electrical hazards.
