If you require a service for the skyVac Interceptor, the whole vac must be brought in to us. Delivery and collection of the Interceptor is not available.

A little TLC can go a long way to getting your system back to its best.

What does the skyVac vacuum head service include?

Our trained specialists will look at all the following components to ensure they are at their best.

If any additional work or parts need replacing, our service team will call to discuss any recommendations to ensure you have optimum suction performance.

  • Internal wiring check

  • Float valve functionality check
  • Inlet filters checked and cleaned
  • Suction (inch water lift) test
  • Internal clean (compressed air)
  • New Replacement Filter

What does the skyVac Interceptor service include?

  • Engine Oil Change

  • Check Pull Cord (Re-coil/Change if necessary)

  • Wheel Check (Damage/Wheel Lock)

  • Anti-Static Strip Check
  • General Clean

The Interceptor service requires the full vacuum system to be brought in.

The vacuum must be both delivered to our service hub by the customer and collected at the end of the service.

How do I get my vacuum head serviced?

Simply box up your skyVac vacuum head and arrange to have it sent to our Northampton service department.

Our specialists will aim to have it back to its former glory and returned to you within 5 working days of receipt at our Northampton facility.

Add your vacuum model to the basket and check out.  One of our product specialists will give you a call to talk you through the process and book you a slot with our skyVac technicians.
