What is ATEX Zone 22 classification?

Zone 22 is an environment where combustible dust can occur, typically in some manufacturing or storage areas, flammable dust, powders and gases become airborne, creating a potentially explosive atmosphere.

The vacuum and suction poles you use these end tools with MUST be approved for cleaning and dust extraction in ATEX Zone 22 environments with explosive dust.
