Hello, my name is Pierre and i’m the founder and owner of Clean Drone Shop.
What were you doing before creating Clean Drone?
Before launching Clean Drone Shop, I ran a company called Clean Drone 12. We specialised in cleaning buildings, roofs, façades, and gutters using either drones or the skyVac vacuum and scraper kit. We also had a branch focused on cleaning solar panels using robotic equipment.
How did the idea for Clean Drone Shop come about?
Clean Drone Shop came about naturally. Many professionals in our field reached out to inquire about where we purchased our equipment. So we decided to open a small shop offering scrapers and a few accessories. Over time, and as customer requests grew, we expanded and built a full e-commerce site with proper infrastructure. Today, this is our main business, and we devote all our of time to customer projects.
Do you have any ambitious goals for the next five years?
Yes, we have big plans. We aim to grow our site and structure in Southern Europe- especially Spain, Italy, and Portugal- and open branches in Belgium, where we already have a strong customer base.
We’re also developing a training program focused on cleaning, as there’s a lot of demand, particularly in this niche segment.
What do you believe is the key to your success so far?
Listening to our customers. We make every effort to fully understand their needs and provide the best possible support, from initial consultation to long-term follow-up.
You recently attended Europropre. How was the experience?
Europropre was an excellent experience. It’s a major trade show, and our innovation-focused booth attracted a lot of attention. I would participate again without hesitation.
What made you want to become a skyVac reseller?
As a former field operator working on roof and gutter cleaning, I used skyVac equipment for many years. I’ve always appreciated the brand—its products are top quality, and the branding projects a very professional image to clients.
What is your favourite skyVac product, and why?
My favourite product is the skyVac Interceptor. It’s a powerful, fully autonomous gutter vacuum that’s perfect for working on large buildings, housing associations, and private homes. Clients are always impressed by the “wow” effect, and it really showcases the operator’s professionalism. It sets us apart from more traditional cleaners.
In your opinion, what are skyVac’s strengths as a supplier?
skyVac’s greatest strength is their responsiveness, which allows us to serve our clients quickly and efficiently. Their after-sales service is excellent, and the mutual trust we’ve built has been essential to our steady growth. If I had to start all over again, I would choose skyVac without hesitation.
Would you recommend that other resellers attend events like Europropre? Why?
Definitely- it’s a fantastic way to build visibility and connect with a wide range of potential clients.
Do you have any advice for other resellers looking to get the most out of these events?
I strongly recommend hiring one or two extra team members to support you during the show. It makes a big difference in managing traffic and providing a high-quality experience for visitors.
