What is ATEX Zone 22 classification?
Zone 22 is an atmosphere where a cloud of combustible dust can occur. A cloud of combustible dust is typically created during the manufacturing or storage process. Flammable dust, powder, or gas disperses through the air for short periods, and once airborne, the hazardous cloud of particles creates a potentially explosive environment.
